ESSEX CLASS WOOD REPLACEMENT DECKS
USS BON HOMME RICHARD CV-31
Reactivated for the Korean War, the BON HOMME RICHARD had upgraded arresting gear, traditional barriers and the new net barrier installed, as well as the twin H4B catapults. This deck also represents the standard length deck found on the long hull units still active at the outbreak of the war.
