Nautilus Models reserves the right to alter,
modify or update these Terms of Use at any time.
Returns
Nautilusmodels.com offers a 100%
satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from the time of customer receipt of the
item. Within that time, re-sellable items may be returned for any reason.
Re-sellable items shall be in a like-new state, with all parts present and
attached to sprues in an original condition box.
Customers returning re-sellable items will
be offered a credit for future purchases, less shipping and handling, to be
used at nautilusmodels.com or our retail shop, AAA Hobby Supply, 1508 Roswell
Rd, Marietta, Georgia, 30062. No cash refunds or credit card charge backs (including
PayPal payments) are given.

Exchanges
Exchanges shall be accomplished by placing
an order for the desired item, and then returning the original item as
described above. If the exchange is due to the customer ordering the wrong item
originally, we will credit the original purchase price, excluding shipping and
handling. However, if the exchange is necessary due to a mistake in shipment
from our warehouse, we will credit the original purchase price, including

Order Cancellations
At the customer’s request, orders will be
cancelled and refunds will be made for orders that have not yet begun the
fulfillment process. Allow 2-3 weeks for a credit to appear on a credit card,
or a check to be issued. However, if an order has already been processed,
refunds will be made according to our returns policy above.
Backorders
Although every effort is taken to ensure the
exactness of stock status at Nautilusmodels.com, we make no representations or
warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy of such
information. Should an item be on backorder, the interested customer will be
notified and offered the option to either wait for the item to be stocked,
accept a credit for the amount of the backordered item to be used at
nautilusmodels.com, or accept a complete refund. If the customer chooses to
wait for the item(s), other items which may have been ordered with the
out-of-stock item(s) will be shipped if the customer so chooses, and then the
backordered item(s) will be shipped at a later date for no additional shipping
and handling charge.
Forms of Payment
Acceptable forms of payment at
nautilusmodels.com and aaahobby.com include: MasterCard®, Visa®, American
Express®, Discover® card, money orders. Payment may be made through the PayPal®
services as well.
All orders placed by credit card without a
valid email address will be assumed fraudulent and immediately refused for
processing.
All prices listed on nautilusmodels.com are
subject to change without notice.
Shipping and Handling
As we are a small retailer &
manufacturer, we process almost all our orders received during the week on a
daily basis for prompt customer service and shipping. Occasionally certain
orders are held for additional days if our suppliers are late with delivery and
we may delay shipping due to attendance at trade shows, IPMS events, etc. In
all cases please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of items to United States
locations, 4-6 weeks for items leaving the US. Most packages are shipped via
the US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail services. Other services can
be requested. Overseas shipments are sent via Global Priority Mail to
participating countries and Air Mail Letter Post to other locations. Due to
repeated “lost mail” Nautilus Models will not accept orders with shipping
addresses in the following countries unless alternate shipping is arranged:
Laos, Indonesia, South Africa, Nigeria, Botswana, Argentina, China (Hong Kong
is excluded), Russia, Latvia, Cambodia and Vietnam.
Shipping charges at nautilusmodels.com are
calculated based on item weight.
SALES TAX
Nautilus Models is required to collect 6.0%
sales tax on orders shipping to Georgia addresses made through
nautilusmodels.com.
INSURANCE
Nautilus Models self insures all packages.
Please see our Return and Exchange policies for more information. Packages
shipped via Global Priority Mail or Air Mail Letter Post do not apply for
international insurance. If insurance is desired, it can be requested at cost.
Affiliate Sites
Nautilusmodels.com currently offers no
affiliate program. All links to our site are voluntary, and no compensation
will be offered for any sales generated from such links.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is confidential.
When you place an order with Nautilusmodels.com or as a result of winning one
of our eBay auctions we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit
card information and email address. This information is used to fulfill your
order and communicate with you about the order. The information we collect is
for internal purposes only.
Nautilus Models may also send you print or
email catalogs and promotional information. Although we do not rent, sell,
barter or trade customer information, you may occasionally receive advertising
inserts in your Nautilus Models mailings from other organizations. If you do
not wish to receive any sales promotional materials, please email your name and
address to nautilusmodels@bellsouth.net
with the word "remove" in the subject line.
If elements of this Privacy Policy change,
we will post the changes to our web site.
Security
All orders submitted on our site are
processed thru PayPal. As such, PayPal provides your transaction will be
encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end (the
client side) and ours (the server end). SSL encrypts all of your personal
information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot
be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work,
