Here is a drawing of the new revised deck sets for the Trumpeter USS Lexington Kit and the Yankee Modelworks USS Lexington backdate set. The modeler can also combine the Lexington and Saratoga kits to get this arrangement.

The primary change between the two is the removal of the deck notches on the aft quarters from the 3" guns added to the galleries.

Here is a drawing of the new revised deck sets for the Trumpeter USS Saratoga Kit

The SARATOGA kit provides the modeler with the ability to build the ships as they appeared from the time of their launches until their modernization upgrades in the late 1930s. This deck is applicable to LEXINGTON from 1927-1936 and SARATOGA from 1927 to 1940.
